Pricing
Four tiers, billed automatically. Each month you are charged on whichever tier costs you least for the volume you actually sold, so there is no plan to choose and no upgrade call to make. Sell out in July and the volume rate applies in July. Go dark in December and you pay the base rate.
The rate card
The four tiers
Published in full, so you can price us without booking a call. Each tier is a monthly base plus a per-ticket rate.
Local
Small venues and dark months. School and community halls, single-hall civic theatres, a one-tent show playing a handful of local dates.
Season
One venue at a time. Regional performing-arts centres, civic theatres, single-arena rodeos, fundraisers and short local runs.
Tour
One touring unit running a full season, city to city. Venue templates, the tour map, geo-synced advertising and multi-jurisdiction tax.
Circuit
Multi-unit operators running two or more units at once, or a large arena show. Adds cross-unit collision detection across your own tenants.
The bands are guides, not commitments — you are never held to one. At 2,250 and 6,250 tickets a month two tiers cost exactly the same, and at 667 they are within ten cents, so crossing a boundary never makes your bill jump. That is why moving between tiers needs no conversation.

What a month costs
Move the slider. The heavy line is what you pay; the faint lines are what each tier would have charged on its own.
Annual calculator
A season priced month by month
A touring year is not twelve identical months, and pricing it as though it were is how operators end up overpaying. Start from a shape and edit any month.

Auto-flex against a fixed tier
What a single fixed tier would cost over the same year
A tier chosen for your peak month is wrong in every other month, and one chosen for your average makes the peak expensive. The comparison below prices the season above both ways.
Figures follow the season above and update as you edit it.
Billing rules
How tickets are counted
The rules that decide what you pay, stated before you sign rather than after.
Net paid tickets only
Comps are free and refunded tickets are not billed. You are never billed for a seat that didn't earn you anything.
Dark months bill the base rate
No performances, no per-ticket charge — just the Local base. Your platform stays live, and your seat maps and customer data stay exactly where they were.
Walk-up counts the same as online
A ticket sold at the window is billed identically to one sold on your site. No penalty for running your own box office.
Every feature, every tier
Tiers change the rate, never the product. Reserved seating, scanning, the API and full reporting are on from day one, including on Local.
Questions
Common questions
Do I have to choose a tier?
No, and you can’t. Each month we work out what every tier would have cost for the volume you sold and bill you the lowest. There is no plan selector anywhere in the product.
What happens when I cross a boundary?
Nothing you can feel. At 2,250 and 6,250 tickets a month two tiers cost exactly the same, and at 667 they are within ten cents. Your cost curve bends at those points but never jumps, so a single extra ticket can never trigger a step change in your bill.
What do I pay in the off-season?
$99 a month with no tickets sold. Everything stays live — your venue templates, seat maps, customer records and reports are all where you left them when you go back on sale.
Who pays this — me or the ticket buyer?
That’s your call. You are the merchant of record and you set your own service fee at checkout, so you can absorb our charge or pass it on. Either way the face value of every ticket lands in your own Stripe account.
Is there a contract?
No term commitment and no setup fee.
Are refunded and comped tickets billed?
No. Counting is net of both: refunded tickets are not billed, and comps never have been.
